Conference Fees


Conference fees are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT. The conference fees for ISD2021 are as follows:

NOTE: Registration will close on August 30 (in-person) and September 5 (virtual).

  • Authors do not have early and late registration. They must register before the indicated date.
  • AIS and ETSINF members will have a discount. In person: EUR 50; virtual: no-discount
  • Each additional paper (in-person) (full, new ideas/vision or poster): EUR 250
  • Each additional paper (virtual) (full, new ideas/vision or poster): EUR 250
  • Accompanying person welcome reception: EUR 45
  • Accompanying person gala dinner: EUR 80

Registration


1) Create an account in the CFP-UPV system.
2) Check your email and activate your account (please be sure that the email is not in your SPAM folder).
3) Complete the registration.

NOTE: You can request an invoice with the information of your University or Company in the Registration System (Tab Payments / Request invoice)

Registration Details

All registration fees for the ISD2021 in-person delegates cover:

Please be aware that there may be short notice changes regarding social activities due to either amount of participants or other today unknown circumstances.

Multiple Authors of a Paper

Each paper must be presented by a registered participant.
If two or more authors of the same paper attend the conference, all authors must register for the conference: one author as ISD2021 Author, and the other author(s) as participant(s).

Authors with Multiple Papers

Each paper will need a registration.
If one author have more than one accepted paper he/she will be a discount for each additional paper (see the Conference Fee section).

Student Fee

At least one author registration is required for each accepted paper. An student that is also an author only can register as student if another author is fully registered.
Student Fee is applicable for full-time undergraduate and graduate students, and Ph.D. students. A Ph.D. student is a doctoral degree seeking student not concurrently serving as a faculty member at the same (or any) institution of higher education. Students will be asked to fill the Student ID Number in the Registration Form. Students may be asked to provide a proof of their student status.

AIS or ETSINF Member Fee

AIS or ETSINF Member Fee is applicable to both, registered members of the AIS regardless of AIS Membership Type and ETSINF members. AIS Members will be asked to provide their AIS username in the Registration Form. ETSINF members may be asked to provide proof of affiliation.

Accompanying Person Fee

Includes assistance with individual social events requests, and attendance of the social event for which the ticket is purchased. No attendance at the ISD2021 scientific program and sessions is included.


Are you an AIS member?

As an affiliated conference of the Association for Information Systems, all academic and student registrants to ISD2021 conference are encouraged to join AIS if they are not already members. In addition to receiving a discount on registration for this conference, AIS members receive many benefits throughout the year. Change, cancellation and reimbursement policy

Change policy:

We understand that due to the COVID-19 situation, some changes in the registration may be necessary. However, since the conference is running in an hybrid mode some constraints are needed.

  • Change from in-person to virtual: Up to August 8 is free and the payment difference will be returned. After this date, the change is performed but no reimbursement will be allowed.
  • Change from virtual to in-person: Up to August 8 is free and only the difference will be payed. Exceptionally, changes will also be allowed up to August 30. After this date, in-person participation will not be allowed.
NOTE: We understand the traveling uncertainty caused by the COVID pandemic. However, due to local organization constraints, we encourage participants to request their changes as soon as possible.

Cancellation and reimbursement policy:

We understand that due to the COVID-19 situation, some changes in the registration may be necessary. However, since the conference is running in an hybrid mode some constraints are needed.

  • Cancellation for in-person registrations: These registrations can be cancelled up to the deadline of early-registrations, July 19. After this date, only changes to virtual registrations are allowed (see the Change policy).
  • Cancellation for virtual registrations: These registrations can be cancelled up to August 8.
  • Authors can not cancel their registrations, only changes to virtual participation are allowed.
  • The cancellation fee is EUR 30 due to administrative work.
